Do you ship internationally?
At this moment, we currently do not, but we are looking to expand our product range so that we may offer international shipping in the near future!
Can I use the Brighten Up cream if I have acne prone and sensitive skin?

We always recommend patch testing on the inner jaw, chin, or inner elbow or 1-2 days, if no reaction, then it is recommended to use 2-3 times a week for these skin types. This usage still provides the brightening and moisturising effect. You may increase usage depending on your personal preference for your skin needs.

Our cream contains over 80% plant based extracts and ingredients to ensure your skin is treated kindly without parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, hydroquinone, or mineral oil.

Do you ship internationally?

YES! We ship both domestic and international.

For International standard shipping please allow 2-4 business days for processing orders and 5-20 days for delivery. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Custom policies and fees vary from each country and applicable fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer

USA standard shipping requires 2-7 days for items to be processed for orders. Shipping on orders occurs up to 4 business days depending on the destination of the order.

My t-shirt is the wrong size, can I return it?

Yes, we'd be happy to send you a replacement. Please follow the instructions on our returns and exchanges page and we will get started on a replacement for you. 

Returns & Exchanges Policy?

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied and will do what we can to ensure that. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.

Defective and or damaged items must also be in an unused condition.

  • All return costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • We do not take responsibility for any items lost or not delivered to complete the return.
  • Once your item has been approved to be exchanged, you will receive an email with your new order details. 


COVID-19 shipping update?

Our fulfillment times on orders will be longer than usual as we are seeing delays within our partnerships of distributors and shipping carriers.

We understand this delay may not be ideal, however we are allowing customers to cancel any unshipped items for a full refund. We ask for your understanding as delays are expected, but we ensure most customers will not have to cancel any items and will receive all ordered items. 

 How to check my order status?

All tracking numbers will be available for you and sent to your email as soon as your order is processed. If you do not receive a tracking number please email and we will track your order and send an updated tracking number.
