If you experience any problems with our products please email us, we will do our best to resolve your concerns. Returns and exchanges are not generally accepted, however, in the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the package so that we may resolve the problem.
You must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip. Product must not show any signs of being used.
Please include in your email your order number with subject heading "Wrong item" or "Damaged Item"

My package was damaged upon arrival, What to do?
Take photos of the package and products that were damaged. You must file a complaint on USPS.com - file a complaint. It is important to report the damage immediately in order to have a replacement evaluation made.

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied and will do what we can to ensure that.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.
