Processing/Shipping

Products are made in small batches to ensure freshness. Please allow a processing time of 1-3 business days. Due to Covid-19 protocols, please allow additional time for processing orders. All shipment of orders occur after processing days and sent out Monday-Saturday.

Domestic Shipping

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 1-3 business days with first class mail through USPS. Please allow for a wait time of 1-3 business days after the processing time for expected receipt of the package. During holidays, this time may be extended.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates calculated vary based on package weight or the number of items purchased and the distance of the desired destination. Shipping rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment.

ORDER TRACKING

A shipping confirmation email will be sent included with a tracking number as soon as your order is processed. If a delay in tracking information occurs, please email panaciia.business@gmail.com and we will provide an updated tracking number.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please contact panaciia.business@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to make any modifications you may need, however after the processing time, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made once your order has been placed.

COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE 1/20/2021

Our fulfillment times on USA orders have been restored back to our normal processing of 2-7 business days and shipment occurs up to 4 business days. International shipping processing 2-4 business days has been restored and 5-20 days for delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

USA standard shipping requires 2-7 days for items to be processed for orders. Shipping on orders occurs up to 4 business days depending on the destination of the order. Delivery time may vary depending on different shipping couriers.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For International standard shipping please allow 2-4 business days for processing orders and 5-20 days for delivery. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Custom policies and fees vary from each country and applicable fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
